Select plating or coatings for the operating environment to protect magnet surfaces, considering corrosion resistance, appearance and assembly requirements.

Optical sorting checks appearance and dimensions. Magnetic performance is tested against the product requirements to identify nonconforming items.

Assemble magnets and mating components to the required arrangement and mechanical fit for attachment, alignment and the specified magnetic circuit.
